1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the undelivered portion.
  • Partial Delivery: If an order is only partially completed and cannot be finished, you will receive a refund for the remaining undelivered quantity.
  • Service Error: If there was an error on our part that affected your order, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally NOT available in these situations:

  • Completed Orders: Once an order has been fully delivered, it cannot be refunded.
  • Incorrect Link: If you provided an incorrect link or private/protected account, we cannot issue a refund after delivery has started.
  • Account Changes: If you change your username, delete the content, or make your account private during delivery, refunds are not available.
  • Platform Issues: If the social media platform makes changes that affect the service, partial or no refund may apply.
  • Natural Drops: Some drops are natural and expected. Services with refill guarantee will be refilled instead of refunded.

3. Refill Guarantee

Many of our services include a refill guarantee. This means:

  • If followers, likes, or other engagement drops during the guarantee period, we will refill them for free.
  • The refill period varies by service (30 days, 60 days, or lifetime).
  • Refills are subject to the same conditions as the original order.
  • To request a refill, please contact our support team with your order ID.
Note: Refill is different from refund. If a service has refill guarantee, drops will be refilled, not refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Check your order status in your dashboard or use the order tracking feature.
  2. If the order shows as stuck or failed, you may be eligible for a refund.
  3. Contact our support team through the Contact page or create a support ticket.
  4. Provide your order ID and explain the issue.
  5. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

5. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Account Balance: Refunds are typically credited to your LeeSeoHits account balance.
  • Original Payment Method: In some cases, we may refund to your original payment method (PayPal, cryptocurrency, etc.). This may take 3-7 business days.
  • We do not cover any transaction fees that may have been charged by payment processors.

6. Account Balance

Regarding your account balance:

  • Unused account balance is non-refundable and can only be used for future orders.
  • In exceptional circumstances, balance refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any fraudulent activity will result in account suspension without refund.

7. Chargebacks

Warning: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is considered fraud.

  • Please contact us first if you have any issues with your order or payment.
  • We will do our best to resolve any legitimate issues.
  • Chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
